Batch integration Create
BATCH integration (.csv or .parquet)
If you want to receive information in a more organized and filtered way, in order to perform analyses or reports on data generated by IoTs, and be able to receive this data periodically without the need for immediate response, BATCH integration is the best option! In this case, you can choose to receive a .csv or a .parquet with the information generated. In contrast to these benefits, you will not have real-time information, such as the presence of a potential customer in the store or the immediate reading of some equipment.
File-based integrations are set up directly via the Dashboard. Before creating your BATCH integration, you need a credential — see Credential Creation if you haven't created one yet.
Creating your BATCH integration
Go to Integration Creation and follow the steps:
- Under General data, fill in the integration's Name and, optionally, a Description.
- Under Format, select the report you want to receive. The available reports depend on your account's vertical — see the list below.
- Under Destination, select the Credential you created and enter the Bucket / Container name.
- Under Frequency, set the Sending interval and the Delay — how long the integration waits for readings to arrive before assembling the file — and pick a start date.
- Click Save.
Available reports
The reports shown in the Format step depend on your account's vertical.
